Founder & Executive Producer

Javier Velarde is an award-winning event producer with more than 25 years of experience producing high-profile events for the world's most recognized brands. As the founder of Triton, he has propelled the company to the forefront of event production with a talented team of the best and brightest in the industry. Javier oversees creative direction and execution of hundreds of events, from grand openings, product launches, and corporate events, to award shows, red carpets and live events. Javier holds a Master's Degree in International Marketing. He launched his career at The Coca-Cola Company's Global Sports Marketing division, working on prestigious projects such as the Olympics, ATP Tour Tennis and World Cup Soccer. Following this, he served as Director of Marketing & Events at Discovery Channel. With his extensive experience in marketing and event management, Javier is highly sought-after by top global brands. His outstanding contributions to the industry have earned him recognition from BizBash, including listings in "Top Event Planners," "Most Innovative Event Pros," and most recently, "Top 50 Event Designers" in North America.

Dana Cyboski

Partner & Co-Executive Producer

Dana began her production journey at age 15 and has become a seasoned event producer with over 20 years of experience working on high-profile events. Her impressive production background includes producing events for some of the world's top brands such as CBS Fashion Rocks, Super Bowl, Tour de France, Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, and The Concert for Diana. Dana excels at developing creative cutting-edge concepts and managing complex logistics for large-scale events. Her laser-like focus and cool-under-pressure demeanor ensure every event she produces is perfectly executed. Dana has been named in the "Top 500 Event Pros" in North America and is highly respected by our team and clients alike. When she's not producing events, Dana loves to play tennis and spend time with her family and her dog Bella.
