Founder and creative force behind Triton, Javier brings 25+ years creating events for the world's leading brands. He began in global sports marketing at The Coca-Cola Company Global Sports Marketing Team working on large-scale projects like Olympics, FIFA World Cup, and ATP Tour tennis, then served as Director of Marketing & Events at Discovery Channel. His marketing background, combined with his extensive production expertise, sets him apart. Named to the BizBash Top 50 Event Designers in North America.
Dana Cyboski
Partner & Co-Executive Producer
Managing partner and design and production mastermind at Triton, Dana began her career at just 15, working on high-profile events like the Super Bowl, Fashion Rocks, and the Concert for Diana. A Boston University graduate and scholarship recipient, she has since co-designed and produced every Triton event — from ESPN and Formula 1 to Lacoste activations and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame red carpet. Named to the Top Event Pros in the U.S.
